if you don't already own a radio it's going to be hard to get a quality 3d plane for that price. The typhoon that was mentioned is about as close as you're going to get although I would never suggest an rtf 3d plane due to the good possibility of crash damage and having a worthless pile of parts laying around, especially after you've stripped all of their cheap servos to uselessness
