I don't think it's knock off. Is just another one made by another manufacture. As far as I see parts are totally compatible except tail boom so you can interchange them. I think walkera OEM for exceed RC just like how walkera OEM for venom aircorps.

that either Exceed has decided to start selling Llama knockoffs or that Walkera has decided to change it's name to Exceed, perhaps because of the bad reputation their electronics seem to have.
If it is a knockoff at least it should be easy to find replacement parts when needed, and setup should be the same regardless.
