I've only had 1 pop out on me and that was with stock arms. Mine sit in the drive cup pretty good, so I'm still not sure how it happened. When you say you've tightened the a-arms, I'm assuming you mean the pillow balls. Are they the stock cvd axles? Do you have the stock knuckles or something different?
