Yes, the ammonia in the windex activates the adhesives in the monokote. After the graphic is set in place and the windex is completely dry (12-24 hours) go around the edge of the graphic with a trim iron to seal down the edges. Don't apply heat to any other part of the second coat of monokote or you will wind up with bubbles in it.
