Gordon,
I should have thought of asking: How big is your "Li'l dude"? My jumpers is 18" tall and I have weighted him to 2.5 lbs. At the present time the highest winds I've dropped my jumper here is around 12 MPH and he was holding into the wind quite well. Hope this helps you out.
