Chris I haven't flown my modified one yet but my stock one did the same thing. I added an extra 2 oz of lead to the nose and made no differnece. I finally put about 25% expo on the elevator and then it was good. It takes very little movement on this plane for a alltitude change. It has a large elevator which I think is part of it. It worked for me anyway.
