I still have yet to figure out why the CX2 charger has a 650mA charge rate on an 800mAh battery. It should be 800mA charge rate. Maybe it's just because it's a beginner heli, and they'd also rather err on the conservative side, especially with folks who are not used to lipo's and the dangers associated.
I wonder that too. I have the original CX and its balance charger is 500ma and the charger for my CPPro is 800ma and they are all 800mah batteries. E-flight seems to be all over the place on this
