I made my own tail wheel. Not as nice as Luke's, but it works flawlessly. I posted several pictures earlier. Regarding wing glassing, there are numerous psots about it. Glassing the cat's wings is really simple. I used 1/2oz cloth and deluted epoxy very sparingly. Brush on the epoxy, place the precut cloth on top and use a soft palstic squeechee to press it down with. Do top and bottom separately and you should have a smooth transition between the two sides. After the resin has cured properly (several days, depending on the room temp) I sand, prime and paint. That's it.
