By the way, did you do something 'different' with the elevator hinge points on the trailing edge of the horizontal stab?? looks like a "vertical" hinge point.
Ed you really need to spend MORE time reading from the begining, I realize it's 68 pages and counting but there is a wealth of info. Dion/Luke/Bent metal has really done a lot of posting of pictures and tecniques back towards the begining. Not to mention all the other people.
What you are looking at is scale elevator hinges.
