Just a word of caution - you may want to watch doing multiple postings - you posted this same question in the Question and Answers forum, and double posting of question can be frowned upon by some moderators.
Now, in answer to your question, the servo selection depends on the type of flying you want to do. Generally you want to run the lightest servo with the power to do perform it's assigned task. If you could let us know what kind of flying you're planning on doing, and what type of radio your going to be using we could give you more specific suggestions.
