That CNC router is pretty cool. I was building one too, but got into screen printing tshirts and lost the garage space for my hobby related items. I still have everything in storage ready to complete it. I too went with upgraded stepper motors. Someday I hope to put everything together and use it like you are doing.

I just purchased a vinyl cutter, so maybe we can trade some work?
