Did you do the fuel line pinch test? Try pinching the fuel line going to the carburetor.....the engine should die at or around 3 to 5 seconds. If it takes longer than that....then your low speed needle is set to rich.

If you make any adjustments to your needle settings....be sure to do a few high speed passes to get the engine fully warmed up before you do make any adjustments. Once it's fully warmed up....then make the needle adjustments.
