Default RE: Phoenix Extra 330S 60-90 Size

WooHoo! The maiden flight is complete and most successful! I have a Super Tigre G90 in the nose, Futaba S3003 on throttle, Futaba S3010 high torque servo on rudder, S3004 on each aileron, Hobbico Digital CS-140's on each elevator half, a Futaba MSA-10 servo synchronizer on the elevator servos, standard 4.8 volt battery pack and standard FP-R127DF reciever. With no fuel, the aircraft weighs in at 7lbs 8oz.

It left the ground after a 30' take off roll, needed a few clicks right and a couple clicks down to fly straight and level. I flew most of the maiden with the throttle at 1/4 and it was plenty for your basic loops, rolls, etc. It's very stable and responsive! Not to mention it will float nicely for a landing. I'm very happy with the plane! And you just can't beat the price!
