Default RE: Monster GT anyone have one?

Scott,

Jeff (STS-Pro) said that after break-in, these engines will usually hang around 3 turns for HSN and around 6.5 for LSN. This is for around 50F, which is seasonal for my neck of the woods right now. So it looks like you're pretty close. He also said that if you are getting hot as you lean it out you should fatten the LSN a little. You might give it a try.

He also told me that I should remove all shims except the Aluminum one for 30% Nitro. Also don't overtight the head bolts because you could warp it. He recommended the MC-59 that you are using under normal circumstances.

Let me know if that helps.
