I think you'll like the Velox.

My servos are:
Rudder HS5945
Elevators (2) HS5945
Ailerons (2) HS5625
Throttle HS85MG

This is more than enough servos but I sure like the extra power. As a minimum I'd go:

Rudder HS5645
Elevators HS645
Ailerons HS645
