My 4*60 stock landing gear works great off a fairly rough grass field. One thing you can do is get some longer screws some 3 small springs (that will support the weight yet flex under pressure. and 3 washers. Put one washer over each hole against the landing gear blcok. Then take your springs and put them between the washers and the landing gear itself. put the screws in and tighten them down against the spring. You now will have shock absorbing gear.
