That's good advice but I wouldn't use the word "trainer" in the same breath as "CAP". It will be one of the best Caps you've ever flown but don't get careless with the elevator.
The photo shows the total amount of low rate elevator throw I'm using and I can do violent consecutive snap rolls with it.
My CAP balances with an OS 1.60 and no lead weight.
