I would definitely go with the two servos. I built mine with one. It works fine but I personally like two better. I would also recomend ditching the stock plastic cowl and wheel pants. I ordered a cowl from fiberglass specialties. It took a little work to get it to look nice but it was much better than trying to glue the thing together that GP supplies. I have a .46-AX on mine. This flies the plane just fine but it needed about 3 ounces in the nose to balance. I think a heavier engine might not be a bad idea; you'll get more power to boot. There is plenty of room in the cowl to hide almost any engine. I love the way mine flys. It looks so cool rolling straight down the runway and lifting off. It's stable, aerobatic, predictable and a lot of fun. Here's a picture of mine before the cowl...
