I dont know how other planes end up in weight. MyWM Extra is 7,5 kg (16,5 lbs). That is with 50cc gas engine. CG came out nice between 6.25 and 6.5 inch without adding any lead.

For me the choice was easy, there was nothing else available at that time (are stationed in China) and it was dead cheap. Plane and engine were cheaper than a OS FS120.......


It flies good but I am just not impressed by the hardware and wing mounting, just not usable and not of the normal (reasonable) WM standard.


By the way, I lost the cockpit as the dowels broke out. They were just directly glued in the balsa......Luckily nothing really badly happened
