I know this is gonna sound stupid, but can you go anywhere else to try? If the servos are all twiching then it is either a signal problem or a wiring problem. Is it possible that there is something in your area affecting the signal(cordless phone, etc)?
Also like Maniac said go over and check all your wiring again. Did you unhook any other wires other than the ones you have checked to rule out?
