Check your transmitter batteries and make sure it is on before you plug in the heli battery, make sure the antenna is not loose (tx and rx) and the tx is fully extended.

hrm... I remember reading this once, but I can't remember what the issue was.... actually it mighta been low batteries in the Tx... You need atleast 1 or 2 green bars at the lowest.
Also... your Tx should be turned on and turned all the way down before you plug in your heli on both the throttle and the throttle trim. Also it sounds like you've already done it, but you need to not be in idle up (switch towards the back of the Tx).
Make sure you don't move your chopper (normally until you get a solid green), because this is when your gyro is setting itself for 0 motion.
The other things I would try is taking out the crystals out of both the Tx and the Rx and then put them back in making sure they go in all the way (or in other words, just reseat the crystals)
there are some other possibilities if you have never got this chopper off the ground before, like something in the receiver the tx or the 3 in 1 could be damaged, or even one or both of the crystals. Have you been able to fly this before?
If you have been able to fly... what were the circumstances the last time it worked? Like did you crash or leave it in a hot car or something for example?

no, I flew it Saturday evening with no problems at all, used 2 batteries up and after charging them both, went out fly it again and then it started the flashing from red to green.
reseated the crystals, both rx and tx batteries full charge, all controlls and trims for throttle turned all the way down. set unit on ground turn radio on plug hilo battery in and then it goes hay wire, servose twitching, flashing red to green but wil not arm. im lost

Trace all of your wires and make sure there is not any wires pinched or insulation off showing bear wire. Also make sure all the connections are plug into the reciever securely. Hope this helps if not let us know what you find out it was once fixed

Crash N Burn,
You may have a servo going bad on ya. Mark where the servo plugs go into the controller. Remove all the servo plugs from the controller and see if it will arm. If it does, then a proccess of elimination to see what servo is bad.

Crash N Burn,
Bummer, you just gotta be patient.. It's hard I know, but you're definately not the first to go thru this, of course this doesn't help ya.

I know this is gonna sound stupid, but can you go anywhere else to try? If the servos are all twiching then it is either a signal problem or a wiring problem. Is it possible that there is something in your area affecting the signal(cordless phone, etc)?
Also like Maniac said go over and check all your wiring again. Did you unhook any other wires other than the ones you have checked to rule out?
