THe cowl is beginning to take shape. I'm in the really rough stages with a lot of work ahead. I'd like to try to enclose a little more of the front since I don't have the intake issues of a 2 stroke, and I'm still trying to keep it removable. But I've already discovered that I'm going to have to enlarge the lower portion of the nose ring to allow enough movement upward to get it off. At the moment, I'll need to remove the engine to get the cowl off. I'm also going to have to add some more balsa back to the top left side - I guess I mis calculated when I cut the top edge and didn't get it symmetrical. Unfortunately I didn't notice it until after I took the pics!
