where is the low end air bleed screw set?

and where is the regulator screw?

what fuel, what glow plug, what prop, what rpm?

diagnosing problems via the internet are hard.

The guys says it dies. what is wrong? The answer to this guy is simple did you put fuel in it? since there is not enough information with the question I can';t answer.
