Hey Blackrain, Love your work great direction to go... However, s5lin is right.. unless you have changed the center diff that out put is not going to just "bolt-on". The Center diff on the nemesis tranny is bigger and beefier. You will need to change the tranny or just the diff if you can get the spacers required to fit the genesis or gst diff in the nemesis tranny case..
