Default FALCON HEAD/ CONTROL ROD PROBLEM

When I had what I call a mild crash with my Falcon I pulled the head off and I took the main shaft out and let a machine shop straighten it out.
Look at the picture and you will see the top of the control rod hitting the underside of the blade holder with the swash plate tilted back.
Then look at the 2nd picture of my other Falcon I have.
Notice the slight bit of clearance.
I tried everything but can't correct the problem
Anyone have a fix for this?
Thanks
