Your picture is hard to see exactly what your talking about, could it be that the swash has separated from it's bearing? If so, squeeze it back together and put a tiny drop of CA on the bearing outer race so it can't pull up again. If this isn't the problem then you need to either get a better picture, preferably in outdoor lighting or, with a flash.
