As stated earlier, I dont have a donzi, I just really like it and figured I could help. I also have a bit of woodworking and fiberglass experience, but am mainly into FE jet boats. Anyways, the railing looked out of scale to me, but I think it was the angle of the shot, I look at some pics in the donzi thread, it's the stock one. sorry.

Well, you did get a steal with this boat, and now you've got two . You're pretty lucky. Think maybe you should just use some CA glue and see if you can get the rigging back together.
