Hi Mike, I am building a ziroli Corsair. I believe the wingspan is 93 inches. I am concerned basicly with the ailerons and elevators. The flaps are already set up. I have tried to recess the elevator into the stabilizer and that seems to only limit the travel. I tried a thin strip of thin plywood and that had this had the same affect.
