This is SIG's new Kadet Senior "ARF" kit which sports barn door ailerons, less wing dihedral, bolt down wings and a fiberglass cowl. The wingspan has also been stretched to about 80-1/2" from the 78" of the "BIY" kits.

Even though it's an ARF you can still make as many modifications to it that you would like. Some hard core BIYer's will look at this kit and see where some strength modifications could or should be made. I made some but I didn't get as crazy with it like some people have. I've read where some people removed the covering, put in ten pounds of additional wood, dipped the plane in a vat of glue and then recovered it in fluorescent pink color so they could see it better. Whatever butters your biscuit I guess.
