ok, this saved me... do the hairdrier thing, then take off the glow plug, put a few drops of nitro fuel under the glow plug, replace the glow plug and try starting it, this will ignite the glow fuel hopefully bridging the gap from the fuel in the lines...also make sure to prime the engine so fuel gets in the carb.
do what rush said, put finger over exaust hole and pull starter a few times, you should be able to see fuel going up in to the engine. i had the same buggy and same problem so i know how you fell
