I have this same charger, my batteries seem fine, if they don't seem as strong for some reason then charge them one at a time on the 1.5 amp side and let them get a really good slow charge. Mine work fine, the only problem i have is sometimes i get false charges fast, so i just swap sides with them and it seems fine or i'll slow peak charge them. My fan acts up sometimes but i just smack the crap out of the charger and it works fine.
