I have to agree with bkrfrmhell. The planes are not bad for the money you spend on them. As far as ARF's, all you really need is a the CG info if you have built a few already.

I too would suggesst you post this in their support forums and ask for resolution. Many people are singing their praises there so it might be worth a look. If you want a manual, parts and so forth there are dozens of other vendors who can accomadate you
