Wikipedia....the only user editable encyclopedia on the planet.
It is a user collaborative ongoing project that anyone with internet access can contibute to. This includes uninformed self proclaimed experts and the like.

Any user can edit anything on Wikipedia that they want to. Right or wrong, it goes into the definition, and ends up being considered "gospel" by the unknowing.
Read the third paragraph of "About Wikipedia" on their front page before you consider everything you read there to be factual and absolutely correct.
