At the top of the page click MY ACCOUNT > FORUM SETTINGS tab > scroll down to "Subscription Preference" and change them to what best suits you in general

Next scroll back up this same page and look at the links just below the blue tabs (general settings, forum settings, market settings) and find the link that says "Thread Subscriptions/MyForums". Click that link and uncheck all "Email Notify" that are selected.
