This was a new Diff i installed, everything rotated smooth and no grit binding or anything so that couldn;t be the problem, but i'll keep that in mine when i take it apart.
I'll have to check my bulkheads and see if they have that green spacer, i really don;t want to spend 60 something bucks for a diff and bulkhead!
