Hi flyinJ: The formers are every 3 inches. The sides of the tunnel will be the main support for the formers. I'd be willing to help any way I can... I'm by no means an expert boat builder but I'll pass on what I can...

Byron: I got most of the main structure cut and picked up some epoxy today to seal it all up. Hopfully I'll get to mess with it some more this weekend...
