Default HS-225s
I'm using the 225s with metal gears for the tail and the regular ones for the wing. I saw Mike Pilketon at the Wram show this past Friday and he was using HS-81MG!! for the tail of the FF540 he had for display. I also heard people using standard servos with great results.
So it looks like you have some options...
