Hi guys:

I am disassembling an old BVM nose retract of my F-80 because the retract frame broke on my last landing. My question is, how do you remove the brass pins that are at each side that hold in place the nose strut block assembly?

The only way to remove them is the same way they went in and they are press fit and flush with the retract frame. I dont want do break the frame because that would render it useless and it is fixable if I use an aluminum retract brace and use it as a future spare.

Any help would be appreciated.
