That's just the nature of the beast. No such thing as a collective pitch heli that's as easy to fly as a CX/2. Not sure what you mean about realistic looking. There are real coaxial helicopters in use, aside from the body they look pretty close to the CX. Look at the Kamov Ka-50-2 as just one example.
