I think they're made by Mr Mach in Czechoslovakia----Wolfgang Lorenz in Germany stocks them in lots of sizes (www.f3aLorenz.de on Google finds him).
Only problem (even from here) is payment---Herr Lorenz doesn't do cards or Paypal.
