Putting "Tamiya" in so that people who search for Tamyia find your Non Tamiya is why it'll get pulled

The name Tamiya is copyrighted so to use the name to sell a none Tamiya item infringes copyright. Even if you put not Tamiya, the fact remanes that you're using the Tamyia name to attract more bidders.
