You will really like the cx2 with your dx7.
Hours of trying to tune the cx2 will not do what the radio does in a instant.
All the posts you see about "pirouettes fast one way and slow another , how do you fix?" could be answered by the response "DX&7"
After flying my basher cx2 with the dx7 I took my perfect balanced trimmed cx to the hobby store and sold it.

Thank you all for the great advise. I do have a DX7 for my Trex and have a new receiver for my blade cp that hasn'y been installed yet. I will definenelty go ahead and grab a blade CX2 just for indoor fun and teaching others (like the wife). I am glad to see others are still having fun with the Cx2. They look like a blast.
