Talked to Horizon, and the flying buddy who tuned my DA-50. Horizon says to send it in. Before I do, I'm going to take the engine and test stand to my friends house who wants to bet anything between "a dime and a dollar" that he can get it working. I'm going to give him a try this morning, and then send it off to Horizon this afternoon if necessary.
