Cut strips of 1/8' ply same width as your bearers. Glue with epoxy to the underside of each bearer and against fuselage side (clamp good and tight while the glue dries). Drill your bolt holes through again from the top, job done.

Use some white spirit, turps or whatever you have to get any oil and fuel residue out of the gluing area first.
