I have two DX7 systems at work and we did some drop tests for a project where we mounted the rx with double sided tape to the test unit and we saw 12G impacts and the rx has never missed a beat since. I have a 12x on my list for when they are out. Until then I'kk use the DX7 over anything else.YMMV
