Default Are piggyback shocks worth the $$$?

I've been thinking about going with a set of aluminum piggyback threaded shocks, but I would like to hear from someone who runs them. I bought my savage with t-maxx shocks, and dont like how short the travel is. I was thinking about a set of stock savage shocks for more travel, but the lhs has a set of hot bodies piggyback shocks for $75. I know as soon as I hit the track I will be bottoming out at every jump, so I need to do something different. Thanks!
