Default RE: Battery replacement

i check voltages using my trusty old pocket sized radio shack digital multimeter.

anyhow, i have a few cheap 10C lipos and they don't fly my heli. i've always had good luck with thunder power lipos on all my aircraft. i use thunder power 3s1320, 3s910, & 3s730 packs on my cpp. the 1320 & 910 are good for everything but advanced aerobatics, but my personal favorite lipo for the cpp is a [link=http://www.aeromicro.com/Catalog/thunder_power_prolite_3-cell_730_mah_li-poly_pack_tp730-3sj_3444594.htm]tp3s730[/link].

if you go with tp lipos, you will need a charger or adaptor to fit your charger. if you get the 730 lipos, they don't have a node connector so you'd need a standard lipo charger. my favorite for all my lipos is the [link=http://www.hobbyhorse.com/chargers.shtml]apache 2020 charger[/link]. i've had many cycles on my tp packs and they're all still in balance with the apache.
