"I cut the cleaned the hinge slot out on the aileron and TE of the wing." Is this supposed to say "cut and cleaned"?

If so you may be able to use pinned hinges. Just remember that they are thicker so they will need thicker slots. Use epoxy or hinge glue and protect the pin from epoxy. Are they thick enough to use Robart hinge pins?
