yes, the adaptor allows you to charge tp batteries with your stock charger.

also, you're voltages show 2 cells at 5V (12-7=5, and 7-2=5), and one cell at 2V. less than 3V on any cell means the battery is trash. "balanced" = all cells within 0.1V max.

my tp lipos have never gone unbalanced, but i never abuse them. abuse includes overcurrent (full throttle with rotor(s) buried in dirt), or under voltage (any cell <3V, usually caused by flying a minute longer than you should).
