Default E-MAIL PROBLEM AT KANGKE

We are having problems with our web host and apparently they are incapable of figuring out why. Ipowerweb has been trying to repair our e-mail for about 3 weeks, now it’s worse than ever. For a while we could receive but not send so I contacted them, they sent me an e-mail telling me it was repaired; now it doesn’t work at all. The real problem is that you may or may not be notified that we did not get your e-mail. We just found this out today when a VERY pissed off customer called. Seems they placed an order through the web site but it never made it to us, and then sent an e-mail asking when it would ship, but we didn’t get that either. Ipowerweb swears they are doing their best. But that doesn’t really help.
So for the next few days please do not use the web to contact us.

The good news is we have hired a new sales director, so there is no longer a language barrier. Our inventory is also up so there will be less back orders. The New 26% Extra and Hurricane are in stock and ready to go.

We sincerely apologize if anyone has tried to contact us and we did not reply we are not ignoring you. Also if you have placed an order through the web, give us a call to be sure it was processed.

As soon as they get this fixed I’ll post it here.
